🌍✨ Amplifying Voices, Strengthening Newborn Care! 💙

Varanasi became a hub of collaboration and innovation from February 24th to 28th, 2025, as it hosted the Co-Design Workshop under the SANKALP initiative (ICMR). This event brought together stakeholders from diverse backgrounds—including community representatives, healthcare providers, and policy experts—to identify challenges and co-create solutions for improving newborn care.

At the heart of this initiative were the true change-makers—those who understand the system best. Their collective insights and commitment helped shape strategies to enhance healthcare systems, ensuring better survival rates and quality care for newborns.
